Appointment information
Appointments are available Monday through Friday. All meetings are conducted online through Google Meet. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing the date, time, and Google Meet link. Please provide a correct email address so you can receive the meeting information.

Important notice
Booking an appointment does not guarantee grant funding, approval of an MOU, partnership acceptance, financial assistance, or program eligibility. Each request will be reviewed according to the organization’s policies and available resources. Please join the Google Meet appointment on time. If you cannot attend, kindly cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.
